Since its foundation, individual personnel development has been one of the top priorities of the GROB Group. More than 1,300 young people have been trained at the Mindelheim location. GROB apprentices at the Brazilian plant in São Paulo are able to accomplish state-certified professional qualifications. At the US GROB plant in Bluffton the apprenticeship program follows German standards with our students receiving the equivalent of an associates degree upon completion. Even the new plant in Dalian, China offers dual training based on the German model.
