GROB Service – something to rely on

  • GROB total service. Twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. 360 days a year. The GROB express technicians are almost always at our customers' disposal. For repairs, maintenance and inspection work – whether scheduled or unscheduled – their detailed knowledge always pays off. Everything runs with high precision, just like clockwork.

    The complete GROB know-how as machine developers and machine manufacturers and an extensive package of the advantages, knowledge and experience of the express technicians. All of this is available on call for GROB customers all over the world.

    As soon as we receive an emergency call, the GROB customer support engineers start off, if possible, directly from their home, to be able to reach the customer as quickly as possible. The GROB service hotline alerts and informs them.

    In order to keep the service and response times as short as possible, GROB has its own worldwide network of service branches. Currently there are GROB service and sales branches in Mexico, Great Britain, Hungary, China (Beijing, Shanghai, Dalian), South Korea, India and Russia. The GROB GROUP also has agencies in Italy, France, Sweden, the Czech Republic, Spain and Slovakia. In Germany, service locations have been established in close customer proximity in Salzgitter and Stuttgart.
