Teleservice concepts for the fastest possible help

  • At GROB, all available modern means of communication are used for the optimization of the degree of utilization of customer equipment. Modern teleservice concepts enable fast diagnoses and faster elimination of potential machine and equipment malfunctions.  

    Universal machining centers are equipped with a general connection possibility for remote machine diagnostics (RMD). Once this function is activated, the GROB service department can guarantee the customer a higher availability of the machine. Due to the GROB service, information can be processed more quickly, enabling faster diagnostics.

    The GROB RMD can reduce response times and ensure direct help by the GROB software and hardware specialists together with experienced mechanical commissioning engineers. To put it briefly, the GROB teleservice reduces response times and therefore also machine downtimes.
