Customer Training

Customer training. In addition to providing advice and consultation to customers on an individual level, the GROB service program comprises, in particular, a comprehensive offer of training and familiarization programs. They cover the entire range of needed Know-how of our product line, from operational aspects via NC programming to maintenance and inspection as well as mechanical and technical maintenance.

We train your employees to create the best-possible conditions for integrating our GROB machines into your work process in an optimized manner. Our training offers general subjects regarding GROB products or they can be specially adapted to your individual requirements.

Training session are conducted as required either in our facilities in Mindelheim (Germany), Sao Paulo (Brazil) or Bluffton (Ohio, USA) and/or on site at the customer’s facility.

The contents to be taught are prepared by our training experts according to the latest findings regarding methodology and theory and implemented by the GROB trainers. Worldwide, our GROB training facilities are equipped with the most modern presentation technology.
