The GROB service team "Project coordination external assembly“ accompanies and supports the customers in all issues during the installation and commissioning of the machines and systems. The team is available on site for the clarification of all questions and creates further contacts to GROB departments as required.
Thanks to its long-standing experience in the field of re-assembly, the GROB service team finds an adequate solution for almost any problem.
During the project phase, the responsible GROB employee pays regular on-site visits to the customers, monitors project progress, is available for personal questions and initiates any corrective measures that may become necessary. Even after the successful acceptance of the machines and equipment and after the beginning of production, he is still available during the warranty period for any questions that may arise.
