• at least 3 years working experience in machine tools industry or other machinery industry

• Machining process/system planning related working experience is preferred.

Essential Job Responsibilities主要职责：

• Elaborate proposal of machining of various work pieces, which are mainly related to the automobile and E-Mobility industries, according to the requirement of customers

       根据客户要求设计各类零件的机加工线方案，主要针对汽车及新能源相关行业。

• Make process, machine specification and layout in cooperation with customers, sales, engineering and calculation

         与客户、销售、工程、核算部门合作制定工艺方案，设备配置及布局

• Create quotation according to the specification of the customers and RFQ

         按照询价说明及报价邀请书中的要求完成方案报价

• Cooperation with technical department

          与专业技术部门协调

• Project support within the scope of change management, make supplement or retooling quotation

        在变更管理框架下负责销售方向的项目监管，制作补充或改造报价

• Customer care and support during customer visits at GROB China

         客户服务，并在客户在GROB中国拜访期间提供支持

• Contact person for all department-related organizational issues

         部门相关事宜的联系人

• Handling other tasks assigned by the department manager and company

Job Summary: 
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer Procurement to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement of indirect materials, including facility services, equipment for manufacturing, CAPEX, smaller investments, and MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations), ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of these resources, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Develop and implement procurement strategies for indirect materials, including facility services, equipment for manufacturing, CAPEX, smaller investments, and MRO.
•    Manage the procurement process from requisition to purchase order issuance for these categories.
•    Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability.
•    Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers for indirect materials and services.
•    Monitor supplier performance and address any issues or discrepancies.
•    Collaborate with engineering and plant operations teams to understand material and service requirements.
•    Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
•    Direct market research to identify new suppliers and trends in indirect materials and plant services.
•    Prepare and present procurement reports to senior management.      

Qualifications:
•    Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
•    Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in an engineering or manufacturing environment.
•    Experience in procuring indirect materials, including facility services, equipment for manufacturing, CAPEX, smaller investments, and MRO, is highly desirable.
•    Strong negotiation and communication skills.
•    Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
•    Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
•    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•    Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:
•    Experience in the manufacturing or E-Mobility sector.
•    Familiarity with CNC machining and assembly technologies.
