No matter whether operator, programmer, start-up technician or maintenance technician: We offer various training modules, which can be combined to suit your particular requirements, to make sure you get the best out of your GROB machining center. All training programs on offer are available for the SIEMENS 840D sl, HEIDENHAIN iTNC 530, TNC 640 and FANUC 30iB.

Operation
Target group:
- Operators, also recommended for maintenance personnel, depending on their tasks
Objective:
- Using the technical documentation as a frame of reference
- Correct and safety-conscious machine operation
- Minimizing machine downtimes through foresighted machine operation
- Adequate knowledge of GROB universal machining centers
Duration:
- Two days minimum; composed of classroom time (20%) and time at the machine (80%)
Mechanical
Target group:
- Mechanical maintenance engineers
Objective:
- Using the technical documentation as a frame of reference
- Analyzing and rectifying mechanical faults
- Replacing spare and wear parts
- Carrying out preventive maintenance and inspection tasks
- Localizing sources of faults
- Carrying out repair tasks
Duration:
- Three days minimum; composed of classroom time (20%) and time at the machine (80%)
Electrical
Target group:
- Electronic maintenance engineers
Objective:
- Using the technical documentation as a frame of reference
- Minimizing machine downtimes through preventive maintenance activities
- Maintenance of electrical components
- Rectifying and localizing electrical faults
- Creation and usage of data backup as a frame of reference
Duration:
- Three days minimum; composed of classroom time (20%) and time at the machine (80%)
