GROB4Care, GROB customer training and GROB-SMART-FINANCE are new services which will be unveiled for the first time on the GROB stand at the trade fair.

Mindelheim/Hanover. The GROB customer service team will be offering customers (in maintenance and purchasing) online access to all spare and wear parts for the very first time from the start of EMO Hanover. The new "GROB4Care" online shop with its integrated parts catalog now offers individual access to all the spare parts for GROB machines. A future-proof, open platform has been selected for the launch of the new online shop: The GROB4Care online shop will go live when the EMO opens its doors, heralding the dawn of a new age in the spare parts business. This will give GROB customers online access to spare parts for their GROB machines for the very first time. GROB4Care provides customers with an individual service – with a web store and integrated parts catalog. This covers the machines installed at the customer’s premises and their specific assemblies and individual parts. This enables you to identify your spare part requirements quickly and securely and order them at any time of day or night. You receive information on the availability of materials, prices and dispatch options. The launch of the GROB4Care online gateway is a first step along the road to a virtual marketplace. 

GROB set to extend its range of training 
With its newly designed “GROB Assembly Systems“ training concept, GROB is extending its training programs considerably alongside the current offerings for systems and universal machining centers. GROB offers various training modules for machinists, programmers and maintenance technicians to promote even more effective use of GROB Assembly Systems. 
GROB Customer Training is introducing a training program for assembly systems for the first time at EMO Hanover 2017. It is totally different from other familiar training concepts – assessing training is a complex process due to the individual nature of assembly systems. The content and workflow of a training course is geared towards the specific needs of the customer on any assembly plant.  For instance, appropriate training can only be carried out once the instructor has been briefed in detail.

Perfect financial service for the customer
GROB is extending its financial services, introducing the GROB-SMART-FINANCE at EMO. A smart financing model which is specifically geared towards the customer's need for flexibility and security in the purchase of universal machines.  This financing model enables customers to use a GROB universal machining center for an initial 24 months. The customer then decides whether to return the machine or to arrange finance for a further 48 months. GROB SMART FINANCE offers optimum flexibility for investment in connection with maximum security through the option of a 72-month finance package. 

The financing service available through akf bank includes GROB SMART FINANCE, as well as further bespoke finance deals. Services range from classic leasing to lease-purchase and investment finance with KfW subsidies. Purchasing and financing through GROB offers a one-stop total solution with guaranteed expert advice. GROB FINANCIAL SERVICES also provides a fixed calculation basis and secure, user-friendly processing. Because financing is independent, and not through the buyer’s main bank, they benefit from greater financing flexibility and existing credit lines remain protected.
